From our first telephone conversation through to the completion of the work, Liam was very communicative, sending photos and text updates on a regular basis. Liam and his team travelled a long distance to work on our house, but were happy to do so, arriving early and working hard all day to get the job completed on schedule. Liam also provided a 20 year warranty on all work, which was very reassuring.

Owens Construction worked in atrocious weather conditions to install a new roof on my property in an emergency situation following serious storm damage. I was not present when the work was being done and this company was given the keys to the property in my absence. I can confirm that the work was carried out to a high standard and within an agreed time frame. Very quick to come out and quote for my chimney job. Delayed doing the job by heavy rain but once started they got to work and my problem (rain water coming into my lounge) seems solved. Friendly bunch of guys, very helpful regarding the financial side of things. One star knocked off as had to wait several weeks for receipts and warranty. To be fair Lliam has had a new baby, who is keeping him very busy!
